Privacy Policy

General Information

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. The only exception is the contact form (see below). If you do not use our contact form, no personal data will be collected from you. You can also contact us by phone, should you prefer. The choice is yours.

Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g., communication via email) can have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published under the legal notice obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and informational materials is expressly prohibited.

This privacy policy is published in multiple languages. In case of discrepancies or questions of interpretation, only the German version is legally binding.

Server Log Files

Our website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes:

  • Browser type/version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL

  • Hostname of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific individuals. We do not merge this data with other data sources. The data is used to detect issues on hosted servers or to identify misconfigurations of the server. These logs are stored for a maximum of 3 months before being deleted or overwritten by newer logs.

We reserve the right to retrospectively check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Cookies

The software used to display our website employs cookies to manage sessions (connections to our web server). However, you can disable cookies by adjusting the settings of your browser. Please refer to the documentation provided by the manufacturer of your software.

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details, including the data you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for follow-up questions. These data will not be shared with third parties.

If you disagree with, for example, the storage of your email address or your message, please use alternative ways to contact us, which are listed on the “Contact” page.

SSL Encryption

To ensure the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g., TLS) via HTTPS.

Use of Script Libraries (Google Web Fonts)

To ensure a uniform and visually appealing display across devices, we use Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on our website. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or blocks access, content will be displayed in a standard font.

Accessing Web Fonts establishes a connection to the library operator (Google). It is possible that Google may collect additional data. For Google’s privacy policy, please visit: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
